Release and Acknowledgment

I am making application to be a vendor in the Sanibel Island Arts and Crafts Fair on Sanibel Island and agree that acceptance of my application commits me to participate in the 2009 fair.  I have read all the Rules and agree to abide by them and any other rules as may be established and acknowledge that the Sanibel - Captive Rotary Club reserves the right to make final interpretations of all the Rules.
 

I understand that there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather or other acts of God.
 

I release and forever discharge the Sanibel - Captiva Rotary Club, the volunteers, the City of Sanibel, Lee County, the sponsoring organizations, any other appointed representatives and the employees, agents, officers of each from any responsibility, personal liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with this event.
